Interlake - Josh Charison - #2 Quarterback - Through 6 games: 1188 yards passing, 18 TDs/2 INTs, 100 yards rushing and 4 TDs.Josh is captain and veteran QB with a phenomenal record as a starting QB in the RMFL. He leads our offence and is the biggest reason for the success it has. He is a vocal leader, very cerebral, and guides our team like a veteran QB with a maturity far beyond his age.
Neepawa - Braden Haslen - #14 Wide Receiver - After 6 games 29 receptions 493 yards 6 TD's 2-2 point conversions. Ready to contribute every game - very consistent - quiet leader

Interlake - Jesse Preteau #67 Tackle Jesse plays OL in a true tackle position. He is the leader of a strong line which has given up on 2 sacks while also putting up strong rushing totals this season. Jesse is often found 10+ yards upfield continuing to make blocks that impact the play.
Neepawa - Ayden Willerton #33 Centre Consistent committed plays both OL and DL most of the game
ParkWest - Maximas Willmott-Bennion #51 Guard/Center Grade 12 captain. Former All Star. Anchored the line with rookies.
Dauphin - Arrin Pederson #29 centre , guard. Also our place kicker, Arrin has been the consistency on the O line this year. A solid performer that can get out an pull if need be. Is likely the smallest centre in the league, but a giant heart.
Swan Valley - Wyatt Bartel #58 Guard Wyatt anchored an Offensive line that blocked for a team that rushed for over 3000 yards this year. That's over 425 yards a game. He is also key to keeping last years Offensive MOP Safe and Healthy.

Most Outstanding Player - Defense
Interlake - Tyson Wyryha - 16 a talented and versatile athlete played Linebacker, Rush End and Cornerback for the Thunder this season. He finished the season among the team leaders in tackles, sacks and fumble recoveries.

He is the go to guy on our team in the leadership category. Has also played RB due to injuries. He is our Mr. Everything this season

Dauphin - Matt Zurba #44 Running back, linebacker 20 tackles, 1 assist, 100% tackle efficiency, 1 fumble recovery, 35 carries, 140 yds, 7 catches, 38 yards Matt is a grade 9 student who has played like a grade 11 player. He is on the field both ways for most of the game. Consistently makes big plays, whether it is Offense or Defense. A great downfield blocker has layed out some big hits on older, bigger players. Will be a major force in years to come. Easy to spot on the field with his pink sleeves.

Norris Aitken memorial Award
This long time award recognizes a player who combines football ability, academic ability and other criteria schools deem to be an asset to all-round individuals. Norris Aitken was a longtime coach of the Dauphin Clippers and a commissioner for the RMFL for several years.

Parker guy memorial award
This award (initiated 2018) will be awarded to a Grade 11 or Grade 12 player. This award exemplifies character through involvement in football. Criteria:
Nominees 2019
- A love of football and positive influence to the camaraderie of the sport
- A strong commitment to the team; shows teammanship through modeling positive behaviors and actions
- Team first attitude
- Inclusiveness of all teammates; goes out of their way to make sure rookie players feel like they belong
- Sportsmanship and a high degree of integrity and maturity when communicating and working with coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials
- School and community involvement such as coaching a youth team would be considered an asset
